New Hall Park Developments have been successfully sourcing brownfield and strategic greenfield and greenbelt land all across the UK for over 15 years, with a combined residential planning approval for over 2000 plots, with many more in the planning system . During that time we have seen planning regime changes, ups and downs in the housing market and many compaines come and go. We work with Land Promoter’s on Promotion Agreements, National and Local House Builders on Option Agreement’s and Private Companies set up to buy and sell land unconditionally. Our reputation and success has been formed and based upon the companies and people we work with, who we ultimately introduce to Land Owners. We are only ever successful if who we work with are successful. For this reason, we now only work with an extremely select few companies who we know will be extremely competitive in terms of offer, often beating all other offers a Land Owner may have had, we know will have the highest chance of success in terms of gaining a planning consent, alongside significant financial backing but most importantly, will do exactly what they say they will and treat the Land Owners fairly.

The success of our Land Sourcing has naturally drawn companies and individuals toward New Hall Park Developments LTD, offering to back us financially to take a number of sites on, to promote through the planning system with the option of building them out or selling the land with a planning consent. We are able to do this successfully due to the vast first hand knowledge gained over years of working in the housing industry.
